setup & compatibility.
the stand, in detail.
The selected stand combines a vacuum suction base with a magnetic holder. These ratings come from the supplier’s listing for the LANtelsepi TZZ stand.
| Base | Vacuum suction mounting |
|---|---|
| Adjustment | 720° rotation adjustment, as advertised by the supplier |
| Magnetic attachment | N52 magnets with a listed holding force of 2,800 gf |
| Wireless charging | Rated up to 15 W for compatible phones |
| Lighting | LED ambient illumination |
| Holding temperature | Supplier claims −20°C to 60°C (−4°F to 140°F) |
The charging rating describes the stand’s phone-charging function. Milo’s current face module is powered through USB-C. The listed magnetic force and holding-temperature range have not been validated for the complete Milo unit.
How does Milo mount and get power?
Milo’s current face module is powered through USB-C. A version with magnetic charging is in development. The required adapter, electrical ratings and cable requirements are still to be confirmed.
The selected stand has a vacuum suction base and N52 magnetic attachment, with a supplier-listed 720° adjustment range. Its advertised 15 W wireless charging applies to compatible phones. Suitable mounting surfaces and installation instructions for Milo still need to be confirmed.
Which phones does the stand support?
The supplier lists magnetic attachment for iPhone 12–17 families and MagSafe-compatible cases. It also describes a metal ring for attaching other phones or cases. A ring provides magnetic attachment; it does not add wireless charging to a phone. The 15 W rating does not mean every attached phone charges at that speed.
These details describe the stand’s phone-holder function. Supported phones and connection requirements for a Milo companion app have not been announced.
Will the stand fit my car?
The supplier describes use on dashboards and other surfaces, including desks and mirrors. Suitable surface materials, installation requirements and fit with the complete Milo unit still need to be checked. The cars in the lookbook are concept visuals, not a tested compatibility list.
Is Milo an AI assistant or a car diagnostics screen?
The current preview is about faces, expressions and customisation. It does not demonstrate conversational AI, navigation, vehicle data or driving-assistance features. None of those should be assumed from the dashboard companion description.
Where do I download the app?
The phone-style interface on the homepage is an interactive website demo. No companion app download or supported mobile platform has been announced.
delivery, returns & warranty.

using the website.
The 3D model isn’t moving. Can I still explore?
Yes. The face catalogue, product explanation and signup are available as text and images. Some browsers or devices cannot display the interactive 3D view. The preview also respects reduced-motion settings and pauses animation when it is offscreen. Try the face pack guide for a simple view of every design.
Does the checkout preview save my details?
Checkout details are held temporarily in your browser’s page memory and cleared when you close the preview. They are not submitted as an order or payment. You can explore with sample details; a real payment card is never requested.
What happens when I sign up for updates?
The signup form records your email and consent to Milo product and launch updates. It does not create an order, reserve a device or take payment. Unlike the checkout preview, this is a working email signup. Contact hello@miloghost.com if you need help with your signup.
What does the website measure?
On miloghost.com, we use Vercel Web Analytics to count page visits, preview interactions and successful signup submissions. We exclude your email and checkout details from analytics events, and remove query strings and page fragments from analytics URLs. The demo never records a purchase or revenue.
